GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards purchased from 18Karat are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Please note that Promotional Gift Cards (gift cards that have NOT been purchased) are subject to seperate terms and conditions, found here.

1) No fees are imposed on purchased gift cards and they do not expire.
2) Gift cards can be redeemed for any products or services offered by 18Karat.
3) Gift cards are not transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
4) If your total purchase is less then the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account and will be redeemed against future purchases.
5) If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by cash, credit or debit card.
6) Should you wish to return a product purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as a store credit and will be redeemed against future purchases.
7) Sales tax and/or shipping are applicable on any products purchased with an 18Karat Gift Card.

PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARDS
Promotional Gift Cards are those that have not been purchased but awarded through promotional events and giveaways and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) Promotional Gift Cards are valid for 12-months following the date issued.
2) Gift cards not be redeemed for jewellery or watch repairs, custom jewellery, appraisals, 18Karat Gift Cards or consignment jewellery (jewellery not created by 18Karat).
3) Gift cards are not transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
4) If your total purchase is less then the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will become VOID and will not be credited to your account.
5) If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by cash, credit or debit card.
6) Should you wish to return a product purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as a store credit and will be redeemed against future purchases.
7) Sales tax and/or shipping are applicable on any products purchased with an 18Karat Gift Card.
8) Promotional Gift Cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
